  • 1 lb. box soda crackers, crushed
  • 1 stalk chopped celery
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 colored mango
  • 1 turnip, chopped (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

    Fold all ingredients together.

    Add 3 eggs, beaten into 1 can milk and 1 can water; pour over mixture.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake in 2 small loaf pans or 1 large pan, greased.

    Bake until brown (1 1/2 hours approximately) at 350°.

    Don't overbake.
