Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen broccoli
  • 2 lb. frozen cauliflower
  • 2 lb. frozen carrots
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • bread crumbs (unflavored)

Directions

    Thaw vegetables. While vegetables are thawing, prepare sauce in pot. Add cream of mushroom soup to pot while slowly adding Cheddar cheese to get an even mix.

    Keep this at a low heat. Add vegetables to a casserole dish.

    (You may wish to parboil vegetables but this is not necessary.)

    Add cheese and soup sauce to vegetables.

    Add browned bread crumbs in butter as topping. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
