- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Layer first 5 vegetables in 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with cornstarch, sugar, margarine, salt and pepper.

2Pour tomatoes over top, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
