- 1 1/2 c. 2-inch carrot strips
- 1/2 c. green pepper strips
- 2 c. stewed tomatoes or fresh
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Directions

1Boil onions, celery and carrot strips for 7 minutes.

2Mix all ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover tightly.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
