- 1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 2 cups canola oil for frying
Directions

1Heat oil in a deep-fryer or heavy saucepan to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C).

2In a medium bowl, stir together the corn, flour and pepper. Drop balls of the mixture into cornmeal to coat.

3Fry the nuggets for about 4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, and serve hot.
