Vegetable Pasta Salad Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. pasta of choice
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 1 purple onion
  • 1 pkg. shredded carrots
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. bacon bits

Directions

    Cook pasta as directed on the package.

    Cut off the head of each broccoli stalk and chop the purple onion.

    In large mixing bowl combine the pasta, broccoli, onion and carrots.

    Pour the entire bottle of salad dressing over the pasta mix and toss lightly.

    Place mix in the refrigerator overnight or possibly for several hrs or possibly allow salad ingredients to be marinated.

    Immediately before serving, slice cherry tomatoes in half and place on the top of the salad.

    Add in Parmesan cheese and bacon bits to taste.
