- 2 c. chopped broccoli, cauliflower or spinach (thaw before using, if frozen)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Grease 10-inch pie plate.

3Mix vegetables, onion, green pepper and cheese on pie plate.

4Beat remaining ingredients with mixer for about 1 minute or until smooth.

5Pour into pie plate over other ingredients.

6Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean and pie is golden brown.

7Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
