- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 zucchini or yellow squash, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 (10-inch) pie shell, baked for 20 minutes at 325~
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute vegetables in butter until crisp, but not soft.

2Drain well and add seasonings.

3Place tomato slices in bottom of shell. Add veggies; spread mayonnaise and cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.
