  • 1/2 c. long grain rice
  • 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, cubed
  • 19 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 19 oz. can chickpeas
