Vegetable Pizza

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls (8 in pkg.)
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing dry mix
  • 1 1/2 c. fine shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. scallions, cut very fine
  • 1 c. each of raw vegetables, cut small: broccoli, cauliflower, shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms or any favorite raw vegetable

Directions

    Spread crescent rolls on large pizza pan and pinch together. Bake according to directions.

    Let cool.

    Spread mixture of cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and dry Hidden Valley dressing. Next, sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Put vegetables in circles, starting at outer edge of pizza crust.
