Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 c. chopped broccoli or zucchini
  • 1 c. chopped cauliflower
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions (yellow)
  • 1/2 c. chopped carrots or tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley (dry) mix
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Lay crescent rolls on a 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet.

    Press to form solid crust.

    Bake according to package directions.

    Cool. While crust is cooling, mix together Miracle Whip, cream cheese and Hidden Valley (dry) mix until smooth.

    Spread on crust.

    Mix vegetables together and spread over cream mixture.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Press lightly.

    Cut and serve.
