  • 1 lb. raw hamburger
  • 2 small cans vegetable soup
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. Bisquick, prepared

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients in bowl and set aside.

    Make Bisquick.

    Roll out on floured board about 1/4-inch thick. Spread hamburger mixture and roll up like a cinnamon roll.

    Cut into 2-inch lengths and put in pan with meat upright; bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    While baking make a cheese sauce.
