  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can small peas
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin and separated
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Drain all vegetables and put in a large bowl.

    Combine vinegar and sugar in saucepan; heat until dissolved.

    Cool.

    Pour over salad.
