  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1/2 head Cabbage
  • 1/2 stick Butter

Directions

    Cut all vegetables into small slices, wash and combine in a large sauce pan.

    Cover and let steam on low heat for at least 10 minutes; then drain water off.

    Add 1/2 stick of butter.
