  • 2 cans French-cut beans
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 can whole white corn
  • 1 large can pimento
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 3 grated carrots
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 or 3 c. cauliflower, broken in small pieces
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 2/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 4 tsp. salt
