  • 1 stalk celery, chopped (1 c.)
  • 1 onion, sliced (1 c.)
  • 1 large can French-style beans, drained
  • 1 can tiny peas, drained
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar or more if desired
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
