- 1 can French-cut beans, drained
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 8 small green onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine vegetables in a bowl.

2In a medium size saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, salad oil, salt and pepper. Bring this to a boil.

3Let cool completely.

4Pour over the vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
