  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. grated cabbage
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of hot water; chill until partially jelled.
