  • 1 lb. macaroni
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 4 shredded carrots
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Cook macaroni; drain and cool.

    Combine milk, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
