Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 small red onion
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 c. chopped cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large bottle creamy Italian dressing
  • Salad Supreme (season to taste)

Directions

    Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and add salad dressing.

    Add or omit any vegetables you personally do not like.
