- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 small red onion
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 can black olives
- 1 (8 oz.) bag frozen peas, thawed
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 c. chopped cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large bottle creamy Italian dressing
- Salad Supreme (season to taste)
Directions

1Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and add salad dressing.
