  • 2 Tbsp. to 1/4 c. olive oil (only enough to saute vegetables)
  • 6 c. vegetables (yellow squash, zucchini, red pepper)
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Directions

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high.

    Add vegetables. Cook-stir until tender-crisp.

    Sprinkle salad dressing over vegetables.

    Toss to coat.

    Stir in vinegar.

    Serve warm.
