- 2 Tbsp. to 1/4 c. olive oil (only enough to saute vegetables)
- 6 c. vegetables (yellow squash, zucchini, red pepper)
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high.

2Add vegetables. Cook-stir until tender-crisp.

3Sprinkle salad dressing over vegetables.

4Toss to coat.

5Stir in vinegar.

6Serve warm.
