- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. red or green pepper strips
- 1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1In skillet, cook garlic in oil.

2Add celery, pepper, mushrooms, oregano and Worcestershire sauce; cook until tender-crisp.

3Add beans and carrots; heat through.

4Put in a one-quart casserole dish and heat at 325° for 15 minutes.

5Makes 4 to 6 servings.
