- 1 pt. 2 oz. can tomato juice
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lb. tomatoes (2 c.)
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 6 c. water
Directions

1Cook meat, tomato juice, onion and 6 cups water.

2Simmer 2 hours.

3Add vegetables.

4Simmer 1 more hour.

5Remove bay leaves and serve.
