- 2 gal. tomatoes
- 10 ears corn
- 1 c. sliced okra
- 2 c. butter beans, cooked a little while
- 5 onions, chopped
- 5 hot peppers, chopped
- 1 large head cabbage, chopped
- 1 qt. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and cook for thirty minutes.

2Put in jars and pressure 60 minutes at 10 pounds pressure for quart jars.

3Can also be frozen.

4Let cool completely before putting in freezer cartons.
