- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 bunches carrots, peeled and sliced round
- 1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1 can water
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- dash or 2 of ketchup
Directions

1Combine meat, onion, seasonings, carrots and soup.
