  • 1 lb. chuck roast, cut up
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 bunches carrots, peeled and sliced round
  • 1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1 can water
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • dash or 2 of ketchup

Directions

    Combine meat, onion, seasonings, carrots and soup.
