Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 5 c. water (may add more as needed)
  • 4 or 5 diced potatoes
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 1 medium can lima beans
  • 1 medium can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn (to be added just before ready to serve)

Directions

    Combine ground beef, potatoes, onion and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add canned vegetables, except for creamed corn; heat until hot. Stir in creamed corn when ready to serve.
