Ingredients
- 2 gal. water
- 1 lb. cut up stew meat or roast
- 7 beef billion cubes
- 2 onions, cut up
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 small head cabbage, cut up
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- season to taste
- 1 can sweet peas
- 3 stalks celery, cut up
Directions

1Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil.

2Boil 30-45 minutes, or until meat is tender.

3Add the rest of the ingredients. (You may grate one of the potatoes to thicken soup.)

4Bring to a boil again.

5Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.

6The longer it simmers, the better it is!
