Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, washed, but unpeeled
  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can corn
  • cabbage (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Dice the potatoes and onions.

    Cook potatoes, onions, beef, tomatoes and spices until potatoes are done.

    Add mixed vegetables, peas and corn.

    Let simmer for 1 hour.
