- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 2 large onions
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 can peas
- 1 can corn
- cabbage (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Dice the potatoes and onions.

2Cook potatoes, onions, beef, tomatoes and spices until potatoes are done.

3Add mixed vegetables, peas and corn.

4Let simmer for 1 hour.
