- 2 Tbsp. beef paste
- 1 gal. water
- 2 onions
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cabbage
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 gal. mixed vegetables with juice
- 1 large box potatoes
- 2 cans V-8 juice
Directions

1Heat beef paste and water.

2Add vegetables.

3When vegetables are about done, add potatoes.

4(Soak in water or if you put in dry, add extra liquid.)

5Simmer until done.

6Makes 3 gallons for soup.
