  • 1 lb. beef stew meat, cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 lb. pork, cut in bite size pieces
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut in bite size pieces
  • 4 carrots, cut up
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen corn
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen butterbeans
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • Any other fresh or frozen vegetables of your choice

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large crock pot.

    This makes a big pan.

    Add enough water to cover soup.

    Cook all day in crock pot. Serve with cornbread for supper!
