- 1 lb. stew meat
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 3 c. water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Brown meat in Wesson oil in a large pot.

2Add water.

3Simmer, covered, 1 1/2 hours. Add vegetables, tomatoes and salt.

4Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

5Makes 4 to 5 servings.
