  • 10 ears corn
  • 2 c. butter beans
  • 1 1/2 c. okra
  • 5 onions
  • 4 pods hot pepper and sweet pepper
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 gal. water
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 c. peas
  • 2 bags carrots
  • 1 bag celery

    Cook 30 minutes after it comes to hard boil and can in clear jars.

    Makes about 9 to 10 quarts.
