- 4 lb. hamburger
- 5 to 6 onions, chopped
- 1 large can and 1 small can Veg-All
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 2 pkg. beef stew seasoning mix
- cubed and cooked potatoes
- 2 large cans V-8 juice
Directions

1Cook hamburger and onions together.

2Drain.

3Add Veg-All, tomato sauce and beef stew seasoning.

4Simmer.

5At this point, the base can be stored in refrigerator a couple of days or frozen. When ready to use, heat and add V-8 juice and cubed potatoes (if desired).

6Serves 38 to 40.
