  • 2 zucchini, diced
  • 5 celery ribs, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 28 ounces canned chicken broth
  • frozen shredded hash browns (1 package)
  • frozen corn (1 package)
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • frozen mixed vegetables (1 package)
  • 70 ounces stewed tomatoes (5 cans)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown and saute onions, onion soup mix, zucchini, celery, and butter.
