  • 2 quart vegetable broth
  • 1 cup V8 juice
  • 2 can diced potatoes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packages frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    In a large pot over medium heat, cook crumbles until brown.

    In a large pot over medium heat, combine cooked crumbles, broth, V8, tomatoes, onion, potatoes, mixed vegetables, basil and pepper.

    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
