  • 2 lb. beef, cut into small pieces
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 large cans stewed or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 large bag frozen vegetables
  • 1 small bag frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 large onions, cut in medium pieces
  • 1/2 large green pepper, diced
  • 3 large sweet potatoes, cut in medium pieces
  • 4 large potatoes, cut in medium pieces
  • 1 large or medium head cabbage, cut into medium pieces
  • 3 to 4 tomato cans water

Directions

    Cook beef with seasonings and celery until tender.
