- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
- 20 oz. California Blend vegetables
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Dissolve bouillon in 1 quart of water.

2Add potatoes, celery, onion and carrots; cook 15 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook 6 to 8 minutes. Add your soup and Velveeta cheese. Simmer until cheese melts.
