- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 4 c. corn
Directions

1Mix all vegetables and boil 5 minutes or pack raw.

2Pack loosely into clean jars to within 1/2 inch of top.

3Add 1 teaspoon salt to each quart jar.

4Put on cap.

5Screw band firmly tight. Yields 7 to 8 pints.

6Process:

7pints 40 minutes, quarts 40 minutes, 10 pounds pressure.

8Any combination of vegetables may be used.
