Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 (20 oz.) can Dinner Cuts or Rounds
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. juice from Dinner Cuts and mushrooms
- 1/2 c. blanched almonds
- milk
Directions

1Drain steaks and mushrooms, reserving juice.

2Dip steaks in beaten egg and bread crumbs.

3Fry in oil until brown.

4Saute onions, mushrooms, almonds and parsley.

5Alternate layers of steaks, onions and mushrooms in casserole dish.

6Combine 1 cup of juice with sour cream; pour over casserole.

7Add milk, if necessary.

8Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and top is lightly browned.

9Let stand a few minutes before serving.
