  • green peppers
  • 1 small can diced beets
  • 1 small can diced carrots
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can (from soup) vinegar

    Parboil green peppers.

    Stuff peppers with vegetable mixture. Place in baking dish and pour tomato soup and vinegar over peppers.
