  • 1 whole Onion (medium)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Processed Cheese Sauce
  • 1 package Frozen Broccoli, Thawed
  • 1 package Frozen Cauliflower, Thawed
  • 1/2 packages Frozen Corn, Thawed
  • 1 package Cornbread Stuffing Mix, Divided

    1. In a large skillet, saute onion in the oil until tender.

    2. Stir in the soup and cheese sauce until blended; heat through.

    3. In a large bowl, combine vegetables and one cup of stuffing mix. Add soup mixture and mix well.

    4. Transfer to a greased 9x11x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mix.

    5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until vegetable are tender and edges are bubbly.
