- brown rice
- carrots
- zucchini
- avocado
- tamari (soy) sauce
- pickled ginger
- wasabi
Directions

1Cut carrots, zucchini and avocado into slivers.

2Cook rice. Warm sushi sheets to make more flexible.

3Spread rice over sheets 1 inch from one and and 2 inches from other end.

4Wet the ends. Lay slivers of carrots, zucchini and avocado and roll tight.

5Roll back and forth to seal ends.

6Cut rolls into 1-inch pieces.

7Be careful in cutting.
