  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. each: broccoli and cauliflower
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Bring vegetables to boil in salted water.

    Cook 10 minutes, then drain.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into large casserole dish.

    Top with buttered cheese Ritz crackers.

    Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
