Ingredients
- 1 fresh whole cauliflower or (10 ounce) package frozen cauliflower
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli or (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) can French-fried onions
Directions

1If using fresh vegetables, break into florets.

2Steam vegetables until almost done.

3Put into a 2 quart buttered baking dish.

4Cover with soup, parmesan cheese and onions.

5Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

6Remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

7If microwaving, follow above directions, using a 2 quart glass baking dish. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through.
