  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, drained
  • 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages chili seasoning mix
  • 12-1 cup beef flavored textured vegetable protein (optional)

Directions

    Soften tvp in equal ammount of hot water before adding.
