- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef (optional)

1In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish, spread 1 cup of sauce.

2Layer noodles and cheeses.

4Place remaining noodles on top. Add remaining sauce, then cheeses.

5Leave uncovered and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown and bubbling.
