Ingredients
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 raw potato, coarsely chopped
- 1 12 cups hot water
- 1 cup sunflower seeds or 1 cup sesame seeds
- 12 cup buckwheat flour (or other)
- 12 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 12 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions

1Liquefy onion and potato in hot water.

2Add seeds and liquefy again.

3In a separate bowl mix flour, yeast, thyme, sage, coriander, and celery salt; add liquefied ingredients and stir until well combined.

4Mix in oil and lemon juice.

5Pour into an oiled glass baking dish and bake at 350*F in preheated oven 40 to 50 minutes.

6Wait until completely cooled before un-moulding.
