- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
- 1 envelope Ranch style salad dressing mix
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Unroll crescent rolls and place in bottom of an ungreased jellyroll pan, 15 x 10 x 1-inch, pinching edges together.

2Brush dough with beaten egg.

3Bake at 375° for 11 to 15 minutes.

4Cool completely.

5Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; beat until well blended.

6Spread mixture over crust. Sprinkle with cheese and vegetables.

7Chill 2 hours; cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch bites.

8Yield: 8 dozen.
