Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 3/4 oz. pkg. Ranch style salad dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped tomatoes

Directions

    Unroll crescent rolls and place in bottom of an ungreased jelly roll pan.

    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Ranch dressing mix and Cheddar cheese together; spread over crescent rolls.

    Top with vegetables.

    Pinch edges of filled crescent rolls together; seal and brush with egg.

    Bake at 375° until lightly browned.

    May be served warm or cool.

    Leave whole or may be cut into smaller pieces.
