  • 1 1/2 cup rice
  • 3 large onions
  • 24 oz mixed vegetables
  • 2 large potatoes cubed
  • 3 cup cauliflower
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup sliced green olives
  • 2 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp dill weed or fennel weed
  • 1 salt to taste

    Boil your rice set aside

    Mix all your vegetables and spices set aside dill tomatoes onions

    Slice the onions thinly wash them well set into ice water 10 minutes

    The mixed vegetables, corn , green beans, carrots, sweet green peas, green olives with pimentos, califlower,, potatoes

    Stir fry the vegetables with spices

    Dry the onions well

    Deep fry the onions till crispy and brown

    When onions are done fry the tomatoes

    In a pot in bottom cover with a layer of rice

    On the rice a layer of vegetables

    Repeat with rice

    Then vegetables

    Rice on top heat on low with lid let it steam

    Garnish the top with dill weed or fennel, tomatoes and onions
